Poor Man's FIWIZ: This is a little utility I threw together for designing filters. The DESolver class was written by someone else whose name appears in the code. I'm afraid that due to the use of _kbhit and _getch, it's a bit Microsofty, but you can take those out and the code will still be basically usable. There are three files.
