I have been an Assistant Professor at the UCSB
Media Arts and Technology Program since Fall 2011.
Previously, I was an Assistant Professor at the University of Saskatchewan.
I was a Post-Doctoral Associate at Cornell University
under Doug James from 2008-2009, and a Post-Doctoral Associate at
IBM TJ Watson Research Center from 2007-2008.
I obtained my PhD in Computer Science at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2006
under Ming Lin.
I was a software intern at Rhythm & Hues Studios in 2001 and 2002.
I obtained my BS in Computer Science from
Cornell University in Spring 2001.
