Initially the project will be pursued with extant technology and populations - therefore risking appearing parodic, naive, utopian, or even ominous to some observers - but it is clear to the artist that within a generation we will have moved the technological manipulation of data from the level of representation to that of manifestation, and begun slowly to replace difference with sameness.
